Reservation Policy

• In order to confirm your booking request, you must pay a 30% deposit of the total sum of your stay. This may be paid by money order, bank transfer or via PayPal.
• The balance of your booking will be paid at the hotel, at the end of your stay.
• If you like to pay the deposit by a money order or a bank transfer, please inform us about and we’ll send you an email with our Bank account details and the deposit that you should pay. Your reservation will be confirmed after we receive the deposit. Upon receipt of bank transfer you will be allocated with a reservation confirmation letter from Lefkanthemo Studios.
• Please note that no booking is considered final until payment of a deposit.

Cancelation

• In case of cancellation more than twenty (20) days before your arrival, your deposit would be fully refundable, (transaction fees will be deducted from the deposit).
• A reservation will only be considered cancelled upon communication with Lefkanthemo Studios.
• If you cancel your booking in less than twenty (20) days before your arrival or you are "non show", results in full charge of the deposit.
• Departure prior to the scheduled date of the reservation, results in half of the remaining balance.
